MASON FULFORD
Co-Founder
Mason has been building in Wellington since 2014. When he's not on the building site you might bump into him walking his dog around the waterfront or spending time with family up the Kapiti Coast. After building his first home in Vogeltown, starting a company was the next big challenge.
SAM DAVIES
Co-Founder
Being a second generation builder means that Sam has grown up on building sites. He began officially at the age of 16 and has been honing his skills ever since. Sam enjoys getting out in nature with his family and his dog Buddy.
JACK WALKER-BOWELL
Apprentice
Jack hails from Nelson, where he lived until moving to Wellington in 2016 to study at Victoria University. Shortly after graduation he was happy to hear We Build Construction were looking for an apprentice. He jumped at the opportunity to gain a wider variety of skills and do work that he really enjoyed. Outside of work Jack keeps busy with cricket, rugby, hanging out with mates, and getting on the water for a surf as much as possible.
HENRY BROWN
Apprentice
Born and raised in Wellington, Henrys happy to be back after gaining some commercial construction experience in Melbourne. Henry likes getting out to enjoy nature and staying active. He's looking forward to wrapping up his apprenticeship and building his own house.
PHOENIX JAMES-KAPA
Apprentice
The latest addition to the team. After doing a gap year post high school Phoenix was keen to get a building apprenticeship. He moved on from his demolition job after hearing We Build Construction were looking for another addition to the team. Outside of work Phoenix keeps busy with rugby and boxing, where he competes at a high level.
